Ink tips
At first I was have ink problems, I'm an at home baker, and didn't use the printer consistently and the ink would dry up and not print properly. I cleaned the print head really well (very easy to do) put new ink in and got the printing back to where it should be, and now I remove the ink cartridges and put the covers back on and store in plastic bag until the next time I need an icing sheet printed. Works perfectly every time. Icing inks are the best printable sheet I have worked with.

Images printed clear after 1st use. Followe all care instructions, went to use a second time snd nothing worked. 4 days after return expired. Reported to Walmart, received an email stating someone would follow-up via emajl a week ago, no response yet. Had to go out that night to buy another printer for an orser due the following day. Still waiting on an email over a week later.
