Rite Angler's Fishing Kite will not only attract fish but will also be the envy of other fishermen with its colorful graphics and cloud patterns that match the sky with the excitement of catching big fish. Kite fishing is geared toward all fish that can feed on smaller fish. The bait is suspended in the top few inches of water where it will splash and swim attracting predatory fish. This not only keeps your leader out of sight but when the fish takes the bait suspended from the kite it is immediately released from the kite string allowing for the fish to complete the meal and ensure a hook set, and weight-free fight. The majority of kite fishing is done from a boat, although a growing number of fishermen are using fishing kites from the shore when wind directions are favorable. A fishing kite gets more than a hundred feet in the air and can get your baits over 100 yds away from the boat. This means more strikes without the boat or noise spooking he fish. Waste of money
Poor quality hub for the spars, broke in half first time using. Wind was 8-10 and not gusty at all. Launched the kite and it went up 20 feet and folded in half. Don't waste your money.
