This Viking SKYR or yogurt, called Icelandic Provisions, in the Strawberry %26 Lingonberry flavor is thick like Greek yogurt, very high protein at 15g in a 5.3 oz cup, and affordable at $1.37. Lingonberries are new to some people; they are used by Swedish and other Nordic cultures because of their super immune system strengthening properties to get you through the winter and fight illness. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tastes. The first ingredient is heirloom skyr. I will be buying this again.
