This works very well to thin mucous, whether you feel congestion in your chest, in your sinuses, or both. I feel the Curist brand works just as well as the rather expensive Musinex brand. I'm almost ready to orders it again this week. My whole family prefer taking guaifenesin instead of medicines like sudafed for a stuffy head.
