This arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Product is made in China and I thought it was made in the USA. Item is very well constructed, heavy duty, no rough edges etc. It is very large - significantly bigger than I expected, and my 20QT pots, which are 12" in diameter were too small for this burner, it can handle a much bigger pot. I am using this for maple syrup production, and while the pots fit, it was just barely and they would have been unstable. Double check your dimensions. I never used the item, and instead returned it and purchased a different product from ARC that will fit my 12" diameter pots.
