LIGHT WEIGHT BUT STURDY!
It is light-weight but sturdy! I bought 2 of these so i would have a backup. These replace an earlier version of the same EZdesk lap desk whose white plastic frame started breaking off, but that one was also SEVERAL years old. My aged mother LOVES it! Other wooden lap desks tend to be heavy and get heavier, of course, with a laptop or food tray on it.

I was very disappointed in this item. There was no lift to it. It shows 3” but it was flat. The magnet on it did not hold at all. It barely held any of the magnets that came with it. It was uncomfortable to use. Very disappointed
