Runs very small!

Runs VERY VERY small! I wish Walmart would check the items their vendors are selling before they put them on their website. I ordered 2 sizes up in anticipation of it running small and what arrived would fit a small child. Needless to say, this one is going back!

It was not like the picture. Poor quality

The fabric was not a sweater material. It was very thin. The neck was not a cowl neck as shown. It was a very small turtle neck. Sizing was not appropriate at all. It ran VERY small.
