These came highly recommended
I started taking this postnatal supplement as I have gut issues. The quality seems to be great, I don't have as much inflammation so the ingredients work! These are average sized capsules and packaged neatly. I have noticed the benefits in digestion. I haven't noticed a taste after taking them.

Great probiotics
This includes important bacteria including lactobacillus reuteri (as one of the few supplements that do). So that's why I got it. I breastfeed and my baby and i am happy to report that he has no cramps. I think the probiotics have helped tremendously
