Gamechangers!

And the mini pre-workout sticks that I got in my box got me scooped! This pre-workout in combination with the protein powder is the perfect combination to keep me hitting my goals.

My first and FAV pre workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this for working out and so far I really like it. The flavor is exactly like the actual drink which sometimes is a problem but it's perfect. One thing I like about this product is how they recommend you to start off with half a scoop and then build up to a full scoop which is 200 mg of caffeine. I feel like this gives me good results in the gym, especially with my performance and is my top selection for a pre-workout. My favorite trick to do with this is dry-scoop to have a kick in faster.
