Gourmia Panorama 7-QT Digital Air Fryer with Panoramic View, Holographic Display, & 12 Presets, Green

I got this thing about 6 months ago, in June 2025 to be specific. Although I clean it regularly, a couple of weeks ago it started to make an unusual sound. I called customer service and they said it sounded like the fan's motor was going out. I was told I would receive an email to file a warranty claim. Then I had to call back because I never received said email, just for the guy that answered to tell me that it's basically pointless to call. Fortunately he DID send the email to claim the warranty. The next day, after following some instructions, I was given a tracking number for the replacement. 3 days later the tracking number shows the package has still not been received, and is still yet to be shipped. Despite what the guy said, I decided to call again because no one was answering my emails. I believe it was the same guy, but he told me he would run it by the warehouse manager and if there is an update I will receive an email about it. Since their customer service is basically nonexistent, I would urge anyone thinking of buying this to look into a different brand; one that is not associated with Gourmia or “Steel Stone” which is their parent company. They do not value your time. “Unprofessional” would be a mild description of this company…

I bought this air fryer in April, and 3 months later, I'm in the market for a new one. It is already showing signs of going out on me. The fan makes loud squeaking noises, and it has just gotten to the point where it barely heats up or cooks anything. Items in the fryer for 10 minutes still feeling as frozen as it did when I first put it in there. When it did work, it was great, but the life on this thing was ridiculously short
