Smaller than stated and no way to close kimono

The kimono is supposed to be a 3xl. It is a large at best. Also, there is no way to close the front, not even a sash nor a button of any sort. It is so super thin that it would slip off easily if you tried to where it around and that's in part due it's sizing and material.
