New Balance Men's 928v3 Walking Shoe

I have worn these for a couple of weeks alongside the 1540v4. Same story: I wear orthotics and I needed depth, width, and stability, and the 928v3 delivers. Same size, 9.5 4E. The leather upper makes them heavier and a bit stiff at first, especially compared to the mesh 1540, but that is normal for leather shoes and not a defect; they will break in. These are the shoes I reach for on long days at the store and on long walks, and they will be my go-to for fall and winter. Stability is excellent, the toe box swallows my orthotics with room to spare, and the build quality is exactly what you expect from New Balance, very good.

I can always depend on these shoes to support my feet for months and months. Other shoes just get twisted and wear out within a couple of months BUT NOT THESE! I was able to wear my last pair for 15 months before I had to retire them and get new ones.
