Waiting to hear from a PERSON about a missing piec

The kit came in 4, well packaged boxes, and arrived a week sooner than expected. However, one piece of the upper tier of the roof is missing. I could not get a person on the phone-had to leave voice mail. I will rate this once I see how they handle this issue.
