I ordered this for my 90 year old mother whose computer was still using Windows XP and was extremely slow and suffered connection issues with some websites. She uses it for email, Facebook and other online services. We are very happy with this product. Delivery was quick, packaging was great and other than the Dell tower the components appear to be new. Setup was relatively easy. I did have a few questions and reached out to customer support at Blair Technology. They were easy to reach, pleasant and quick to provide resolutions to my questions. The screen is bright and easy for my mom to read and overall easy for her to operate. The only negative is that the sound isn't particularly great. We do have speakers from her old computer and will probably be setting them up. I strongly recommend this product purchase. I wish I did this a long time ago!
