Avoid Overstuffing: Because your bag is pleated, overfilling it can stretch the fabric and permanently flatten or distort the folds. Only carry essentials (phone, lipstick, cards). 3. Mind Your Jewelry: Be careful of rings or bracelets with prongs or sharp edges, as they can easily snag the fine threads of the satin weave. B. Cleaning Instructions: Satin should never be machine washed or fully submerged in water, as it can ruin the internal structure (often cardboard or stiffeners) and flatten the pleats. For Dust and Light Soil: a. Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the bag in the direction of the pleats. b. A soft-bristled toothbrush can be used to very lightly flick away dust caught deep within the pleated folds. For Spot Cleaning (Stains): 1. Test First: Always test a tiny, hidden area (like the inside of a fold or the bottom) to ensure the cleaning agent doesn't strip the gold/silver shimmer. 2. Use Distilled Water: Tap water contains minerals that can leave "water rings" on satin. Use a damp (not dripping) cloth with distilled water. 3.
