Disappointed....received a non driving truck.
Received this truck for my son's birthday and it doesn't drive. I've charged it and made sure all wires were connected and it doesn't drive. I called Dynacraft and can't get a hold of anyone. I've emailed them and a week later no response. Was going to return it to Walmart but it says my return window ended 7 days after receiving it. Highly disappointed.Kanika

For the people that have sent negative reviews my guess is that it is USER ERROR! Can't locate the battery? Doesn't drive? I would bet that it doesn't drive because you didn't install the motor and wheels correctly! I tested everything and it works perfectly! Great product and very sturdy!Ken
