This is a nice everyday mascara. I'm not big in for so the crazy gimmicks these things used bike saying they will volumize by 6 trillion percent, make your lashes blacker than a black hole, or last a decade. I'm looking for an everyday black mascara and this is it! The size of the container fits nicely into my purse and the telescope styling on the handle is certainly supposed to harken back to the name but it also means less plastic which is a huge plus in my book. I found this mascara easy to apply and didn't have issue with it flaking or smudging. I will happily use up the rest of this tube and I'm very glad I have it. L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Mascara, Black 0.27 oz - (Pack of 6)

I found this Mascara to be great! The brush is very tight and I found that this works best (on me personally) with the help of another mascara. When I use both together, The Telescopic Mascara is a great separator and gives me fuller looking lashes. I love this but not as a stand alone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I'd probably buy again.
This mascara is decent. It makes my lashes appear slightly longer and it's not clumpy. Pros - It does what it says. Longer looking lashes. Cons - Though I love the wand, it is a little more flexible than it needs to be. You u should also wait for this to dry completely before blinking, it got on my upper lid because I didn't wait. Flimsy wand, not waterproof
Before sampling this, I have actually have tried the Waterproof Telescopic Mascara version before. It was in my top 5 favorite mascaras, and this one was no different. Let's start with the good: Pretty good lengthening, I'd give it a solid 6/10- 10 being the very best I've tried. I love the slimmer wand tip! I prefer these over the old school fluffy mascara brush tips! I feel like with this kind of wand, I get better lash separation! I also liked the formula, it wasn't clumpy at all, and it dried quickly! The packaging looks like a telescope, which I think is pretty clever as well. Now, what I didn't like: The first thing that surprised me, was how cheap the wand brush was! The first time I tried to put it back in the tube, the tip bent side ways. There is a very thin area right behind the brush that just isn't sturdy, and that's where you need the most strength in the wand when putting it back in. It makes it extremely difficult to put the wand back in the tube. I've literally never had this happen with any other mascara I've ever tried (and trust me, I've tried alot!) I was really confused as to how this got past production. I literally spent a solid 10 seconds trying to get it back in the tube (I included a video and picture of what I'm talking about!). I need to be quick most mornings and can't spend time fooling with something like that. Other than that, this isn't waterproof, and that's something that I absolutely need in a mascara. My allergies were acting up and my eyes were a little watery the week I tested this, and I kept having to check to make sure it wasn't running (sometimes it was). If the wand was a little better, and it was waterproof, this formula could definitely hold it's own against my favorite mascara. But, unfortunately, for those two reasons, I don't think I would purchase this, and I don't think I'd recommend this specific one. But, I would definitely recommend the waterproof version of this!
