looks like it came with the chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headrest for the Herman Miller Aeron chair was very easy to install and set up and it really does match the look of the existing chair (I have it in "Graphite") You'd never know it wasn't part of the original chair. I'm on the shorter side and this headrest fit perfectly! (taller people in the house think that the headrest is a little low but I like it like that) I have the size that is better for shorter people, I think (H3) You can adjust it depending on if you're sitting upright or reclining back a little and you can adjust the tilt. (Though this is a little tricky to make sure the headrest doesn't wriggle- you have to tighten it up.) Once you do get it set up in a way that is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth it for kicking back, listening to music, watching movies or gaming. I find that I don't really lean back against the headrest while typing and doing general office work, but for more passive activities it's definitely more comfortable and it feels like you're in a recliner chair which is a total win in my book!

Well designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older Herman Miller office chair. The head rest attached and locked in place. I have been having back, neck and shoulder pain and this head rest has improved my posture while using my desk. It has helped relieve the discomfort in my shoulders and neck.

Easy Comfort
