Looks used. I did not select a pre owned item. There are several dents in the surface and dents and scratches on the bottom. The product box was ripped and damaged and not sturdy. The exterior Walmart box was pristine. Will be returning. Very frustrating because now I need to spend more time shopping and spend another minimum amount to get free shipping:(.
