Good everyday kitchen knife and never have to worry about blunt blades. Made such a difference to cutting soft items (like tomatoes) as well as more heavy duty chores like meat paring. A lot easier than using traditional steel.

Great little set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace two of the most used knives in my Elevate' knife carousel which I've had for 15 years. They do the job perfectly and the old knives fit into the sheaths so they can be kept as spares in a drawer
