The problem isn't with the merchandise the problem is with Walmart using FedEx for deliveries and this isn't the first time that this has happened. I ordered four tires and I get one. There are major problems with FedEx and items not being properly delivered. Neither Walmart are FedEx are doing anything to solve the problems with fraudulent activities.

NOT a SET of 4 tires!!

This is only ONE tire, not 4 tires!!! Title of ad says, "Set of 4" as does the description, order summary, and delivery summary. Only a single tire will deliver!!! Then you will call to complain and will be told UPS or Fed Ex must have lost the other 3 tires and would you like to return the tire. They even wanted me to pay return shipping! No! You made the error now get my other 3 tires to me! They said they could cancel the order, have me take the tire to a UPS store and return it. They wouldn't even come pick up the tire where they left it at our gate in the country. Don't waste your time on this nonsense.
