Unable to get a replacement device. Not even a week and it decided to black screen and will not reset. Phone vibrates and feels like it's on but holding the volume and power button for any number of seconds will not get a Samsung logo or anything whatsoever on the screen. Can't just get a replacement to transition to a working device without the extra expense of getting another phone.
