It works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used CURAD IRONMAN Kinesiology Tape during workouts and it really stays put—even through sweat and showers. It gives great support without restricting movement. A bit tough to remove and leaves some residue, but overall, it's my go-to for reliable muscle support.

Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never heard of a tape that can help you heal something that you have sprained, or when you have stress, but this tape has it all, and surprisingly it is really confortable, for when you are doing activities, it can stay up to a year, and not get worn out that easy. This tape makes the stress go away for a short period of time.
