Pretty bed

It is very pretty and my daughter loves it but all of the hardware wasn't in the box for the trundle, the trundle is not very sturdy and the directions are not very helpful.

In pictures the bed looks beautiful but once you receive it is very unstable the quality very bad, missing pieces, it is dented, instructions were so hard to understand and it does not look as the pictures definitely. Very disappointing!!!
