Attractive, easy to clean, doormat. Thickness 3/8"

I like this type of doormat. The good points are that it has a bold and attractive design. Dirt falls through to lower surface so when you clean, just lift the mat and sweep or hose the surface off with water. You do not need to beat or bang the mat to get the dirt out. Another great advantage, especially for wood deck surfaces, is it's open design. After rain falls, the deck surface can dry more and quicker.. This is GREAT! Water trapped under a mat can lead to deck rotting in that area. This type of mat is durable and the rubber surface does provide some traction to prevent slipping. The only negative is that the specifications stated that it was .59" thick. It is thinner than stated. My measurement using a plastic caliper is that it is 3/8" or .375" or 10 mm thick. The stated thickness was .59". Therefore, it is 63% of the stated value. It looks durable and the price at $7.99 is still reasonable. I will keep it.

Amazing Doormat for a Great Price

I honestly didn't know how much I was truly expecting from this doormat, for the price. But I was beyond surprised when it arrived! It is thick, stays put and is nice to walk on. It's at the side door entrance of our garage and it looks nice and helps keep the loose rocks out of our garage. It will be nice in winter too, because it is non slip. Highly recommend!
