Warranty information
This limited Pillow Warranty extends to Pillows manufactured by Sakuntala Inc, purchased directly from Sakuntala Inc or Sakuntala Inc's authorized retailers.
All Sakuntala Inc warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Pillow is owned by the original purchaser of the Pillow. The? original purchaser,? for the purposes of this Pillow Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Pillow from Sakuntala Inc or Sakuntala Inc authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Sakuntala Inc limited warranties are not transferable.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Sakuntala Inc will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
