The Smart-Basket is enclosed with a rear zipper to provide easy access and safely secure belongings. The Smart-Reach offers more kick space when pushing the stroller for a more comfortable pace when walking. The front convertible wheel swivels on smooth surfaces and can be locked for rough surfaces and the front wheels have shock absorbers and rear wheel brakes for added safety. A parent tray with 2 cup holders and an accessory compartment is included along with a removable thick poly-filled pad for the pet's comfort. Two interior tethers support pet containment and safety. The Regal Plus holds pets up to 25 pounds.

Good quality. Super easy to put together. Folds down flat. I like the zipper storage under the bottom and the drink holder. The only issue with the stroller is the pad provided isn't soft enough for my spoiled 4 legged baby so I put a blanket in it for her. It has openings on the top, sides and back for them to see out of. I used it in the airport and it made the trip so much better than carrying her. It is small. My fur baby weighs 14 pounds. If she were any bigger I don't think it would have worked. But it fit her perfectly. She was able to stand up and turn around in it.
