Kryptonite Evolution Mini-7 13 mm U-Lock Bicycle Lock with FlexFrame-U Bracket & Bike Security Cable

The lock is super secure and strong. The accessory cable is heavy and strong with plenty of length. The lock comes with 3 key duplicates. One key has a small blue flashlight built-in. The lock is easy to lock and unlock. And the lock is easy to attach to the included bike mount. And the bike mount is very easy to install onto the bike. I installed the mount in 3 different locations on the bike before I decided on the best position. All the components together weigh 3.5 pounds. Note: The bike mount only holds the lock. The accessory cable must be stored somewhere else on you or on your bike during a ride. I watched a youtube video (as recommended on the packaging) to get familiar with this lock and therefore I didn't even need to read the instruction booklet.

This is actually a lock kit with everything needed to use everyday. It comes with a U-bracket, a looped security cable and the hardware to anchor it to the bike post so a carry bag or basket is not necessary. The U-bracket has about 7 inches of clearance so the stationary anchor must be close to the bike part otherwise the security cable allows for wider distances. So the U-bracket is more secure but has it's limits. One of the 3 keys provided has a light, good for low light conditions. It's a solid lock set which I highly recommend!
