Love This Rug!

I am very happy with my purchase of this rug. I have had none of the shedding issues other buyers describe. My initial vacuuming didn't begin to fill up my canister, and the past 2 weeks have been fine. The color is perfect for me - very much a grayish slate blue and dark ivory. It's exactly what I wanted. Note that the width of my rug is only 8'6", instead of the 9' advertised, which I'm quite unhappy about, but overall everything else is great so I'll live with it.

Thicker than expected

This rug looks exactly like the pictures and was thicker than we were anticipating. It's not very soft but I have sensitive skin and my son loves crawling on it. Other reviews mentioned shedding but I haven't noticed much and think that it's probably natural and after some wear and vacuuming it's fine. We have it in a low-traffic area. If it was softer I'd buy it for multiple rooms. It works great in our dining room and would highly recommend!

Great rug!

Great rug! Not plush but very comfortable on bare feet. We used under our sofa and coffee table. There was a slight chemical smell upon arrival (probably from being packaged in plastic for some time) but sprinkled with baking soda, let it sit for about 20-30 minutes, and vacuumed and the smell dissipated. There was definitely some shedding when we vacuumed for the first time but has decreased since then. Would definitely recommend and re-purchase!
