This keyed entry knob, equipped with the latest SmartKey technology is the perfect choice for keeping your home or business safe and secure. This knob set locks/unlocks from the exterior by using the key and locks/unlocks from the interior using the turnbutton located on the knob.
- Key it Yourself: Lock is rekeyable by using the included learn tool in less than 30 seconds without removing the lock from the door.

I have used the Quickset locks for several years & have had excellent service. I have had to contact customer service for finish deteriation issues & was sent a new lock set to replace the old one with no hassle.

Great workmanship
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a locksmith in Central Illinois. Being in a mainly rural area, my customers want security and good products, but can't afford many options that are on the market. Kwikset has been a God send for most all of my customers. This knob in particular has been VERY popular and I recommend it to anyone who wants security, design and an affordable price. I haven't had any problems with Kwikset products. They hold up very well.

Perfect overall !!
Bought this as replacement for exterior door locking knob that was old and worn out. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with easy instructions/installation. Took all of 10 minutes including reviewing instructs. The re-keying feature was Flawless- worked like a champ so we could keep using our old key which matches all our other exterior doors. A bonus was knob pre-assembled so no need to fumble with getting the 2 knob screws proper setting depth etc. Going fwd I will only buy Kwikset!!
