The product itself is great. The item itself is sturdy and well made, once assembled. It looks modern and sleek and has plenty of room for the type of storage it is used for. The assembly instructions are not good. That 1-3 hour estimate to assemble will be 3 hours to do it right, mostly due to the instructions. It comes in a flat box and some of the parts, screws, etc., are not labelled. Helpful tips would be to draw attention to which side is up on some parts, mention that you want to put 2 of the wheels with the stops on the front. There were many little tips like that would have gone a long way when you assemble this product. A friendly suggestion would be to ship with the guiding rails for the drawers already attached, and to have predrilled guide holes for the screws on that part. I did assemble it alone, but there were a couple of times it would have been nice to have another pair of hands. If assembly and/or instructions are addressed, I could have made this a five-stars review.
