Bad batch? I read some highly touted reviews on other sites for this exact product, so I was ‘t Expecting this. Hate to come across negative, but to be honest, whether diluted or full strength, smells / tastes like burnt coffee. Again, BAD BATCH? Don't suppose I can get a replacement or refund?
