I contacted Walmart CS and was refunded. what suprised me the most was that I suggested to Mr. Mohammed that I will be reordering for the cute design but please wrap the item to avoid damage, to my suprise the new baby came in buble wrap this time and is perfect 😀😃 ❤️ 💙
