Not functional, but cute

This stool is not flat on top, it is actually domed which makes it non-functional. You cannot put anything on top of it because it will slide off. It is also hollow so I would not let anyone sit on it either. It's cute, but it is just for looks. I did return it (to the store) and it took almost 4 weeks and three phone calls to get my refund.
