Being a heavy user, I have tested this Laptop thoroughly. It is fast, quiet and performs all functions and tasks effectively. No serious glitches so far. I was concerned about noise that was mentioned in several reviews and fortunately this one has no noise at all. The only thing I don't like is the small and hard to engage start/stop button on the keyboard face. But this is a small inconvenience to put up with considering this excellent working PC! I wish it had a CD/DVD drive because I have software/music on discs that will work with Windows 10 and 11. This is today's current trend to leave these drives off of PC's...guess I will eventually buy a portable CD/DVD drive. Windows 11 seems to work well but another learning curve to go through. I wish that Microsoft would leave the same operating formats that have worked well when they go to a new OS (Operating System) and only change the ones that are problematic. Example: moving the Start button and Search bar on (Windows 10) from the left of the taskbar 3-4" to the right on the taskbar in Windows 11. These are small changes but too many of them can lead to frustration with a new OS. It seems to me that Microsoft makes some changes which are not necessary but just feel they need to come out with something new to appear that they are progressive. I started with Windows 3.1 OS and have seen a lot of these unnecessary changes in the Windows OS progressions. I am pleased with HP products because of good experience with them. Have used other brands and from experience prefer HP. Currently have another HP Laptop 17" (Windows 10), Monitor, Printer and standalone scanner. Have purchased many other HP devices prior to these. The HP live phone tech support has been excellent on all these devices. I was really pleased that Walmart delivered this PC earlier than scheduled...the next day after I ordered it instead of the following day which it was scheduled to arrive on. Happy computing!!!
