OVERVIEW
The OTR Turf Rib is an all season tire made for lawn mowers and garden tractors.
The ribbed tread pattern firmly grips the surface and keeps forward motion at all times. This tread design enhances the tire's performance on soft, loose, and uneven surfaces. At the same time, the tire's constant contact with the driving surface upgrades steering responsiveness and driving stability. The rounded shoulders help the tire to have better cornering and maneuvering. These elements guarantee the driver's full control over the vehicle and provide a safe driving experience.
The reinforced internal structure and the durable rubber compound keep the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This structure does not allow the tire to deform under loads, which enables the model to increase its load-carrying capacity and withstanding ability. On the other hand, the durable rubber compound protects the tire against external damage during off-road performance.
The OTR Turf Rib offers a longer-lasting tread life. The ribbed tread pattern and the special silica compound resist irregular and premature wear formations along the tread area. In other words, the optimized tread elements evenly distribute the driving pressure, while the silica compound slows the treadwear rate down. This reduced and even wear significantly lengthens the tire's service life.
This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed.
This tire has a BIASED ply structure.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
