Love the touch screen on this item and its been an amazing laptop i absolutely could not have picked a better one for my needs anyway. I just needed something for around the house to help with printing pics and saving some of my other stuff on and some work stuff and this is absolutepy perfect for that and has amazing storage easy to access everything you need to and easy to elarn to use everything unlike some laptops that you get and then cant figure out how to use half the features lol thankful i got it and absolutely would recommend it to anybody looking for one

Unbeatable Customer Service

I ordered this laptop from Walmart with a protection plan for Christmas. The computer arrived DOA. Now I thought my problem was only to be compounded by trying to return it. This is why I deal with Walmart. Their customers service is probably the best on earth. No hassle return including the protection plan. 8 years ago I bought a computer from Best Buy and it would go on and off over and over again. The next day I took it back for exchange. Right away they started with maybe I dropped it. WHAT????? Then they wanted to charge me $80.00 to ship it back to HP to be analyzed WHAT???? I called HP they picked it up for free . Fixed it for free. Then returned it for free. Best Buy wanted $80.00. This is why I only buy electronics from Walmart. Their prices are not always the cheapest but if you have a problem Walmart makes sure you don't have problem. Cameras, laptops, TVs and PC towers all come from Walmart. The taste of price quickly dissipates if the customer service isn't there. Walmart is the place to go for customer satisfaction. Just like I told everyone about my Best Buy experience I tell everyone about the wonders of Walmart.
