received the box in good condition, and no parts were missing. Once assembled, it looked strong. the only thing so you don't have to disassemble it, assemble it in the bedroom, for me there was no way to bring it in from the living room, so i had to disassemble it half way, but once in the bedroom it was easily put together. my girl is happy.

My 11 yr old assembled this all on his own; it took him about 2 hrs by himself (because he didn't want to wait for help but I'm sure two people or even one adult could finish in half the time) and he only needed help with screwing some bolts in place because he stripped the small "wrench" provided but once he was done it came out perfect. He loves his new bed fame and used the shelf space to hold his toy planes.
