Great Priduct

When I use this risotto, I shall take some chicken thighs separately and then put them on a big pot with the risotto. Mix the required water and let it all simmer together and I end up with chicken thighs with the gravy and the mushroom risotto altogether makes a wonderful meal and since I'm alone at last me all week.

Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE risotto and Uncle Ben's is our go to for rice, so the is was a no brainer! The ease of the microwaveable pouch is amazing! The time on the pouch made ready to eat risotto and it was delish! I used it as a base for chicken cutlets and it was a hit. The mushroom flavor is divine. The flavors are perfectly paired and I can't say enough about the ease in which it's prepared and served. I just wish the serving sizes were bigger. It definitely doesn't serve more than 2-3. I'll get this again, for sure!
