I purchased the zipline sleeper chair and found it to be ingeniously designed and quite versatile. It can be a place for cozying up with a good book or an extra bed for a guest, and it is light enough to be easily moved around the room. I also found the customer service to be OUTSTANDING. After I made my purchase, I wasn't convinced the color I selected was the best match for the room, and Sasha went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. She presented me with different options and continuously kept in communication with me until I made my final choice. The commitment she demonstrated to her work and my happiness is rare and very much appreciated. Top notch product and service!

This couch has solved my ongoing problem or fitting a sleeper and a sofa into a small room. It is comfy as a bean bag and easy to move around comparing it to a sleeper sofa . Comfort was my main concern and this feels wonderful when laying on it. Very underrated couch in this market.
