Great quality, I have Plantar Fasciitis did hurt but if you use it with out the massage balls you will be better. With time I added the massage and I can hold a little better. My husband used after 10 hr shift and has removed his normal pain in the mornings. I do recommend this. I had Family visiting for Christmas and they love it.
