I have been waiting for over six months for my favorite colors in this dutch oven to restock so I can get them and those are the porcini taupe and the gray color. The inside is smooth as silk. Great Dutch oven.

Complete transparency, I have never used a Dutch oven before. But after coming across so many recipes that show a Dutch oven as the preferred method I began to research. It is amazing how expensive these things can be. However, this "Beautiful Kitchenware" by Drew not only looks elegant, but the overall quality is fantastic for the price point. And being enameled cast iron, it does have a little bit of weight but the heat retention is amazing. I tried this out right away and made the best sirloin tip roast I ever had. I can't wait to try the next recipe. The size is perfect at 6qt. And the oval shape is great to have your roast lie nicely inside. Highly recommend .
