Restored HP 17-cn3053cl 17.3"

Ordered on February 1, 2025; received on February 8, 2025. I bought this because my old laptop (about 11 years old) was really starting to show its age. I knew I wanted the 17.3" screen, and a much faster, more modern processor for occasional gaming. I should point out that I'm not a "diehard" gamer; I play for maybe 3-4 hours per week. Setup was easy, and I could transfer most of my files through my existing Microsoft account. I had to download and install the apps I regularly use (which was expected), like my Norton Security Suite, and RPG games. The only problem I've encountered is (twice, at this point) is that the machine has glitched and had to reboot, while playing Star Trek Online. I have played the game on numerous other occasions with no issues at all, so I can't be sure whether it's the machine's fault or the game server's fault. Overall, for the cost, it is essentially a brand-new machine, so I consider it a bargain. For my purposes, it has worked nearly flawlessly. I don't know if I'd recommend it if you need to land a space shuttle, but for typical everyday use it's just great.
