Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors. Suggested Use:. Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Super Sport Ripped, mixed with 4-6 fl. oz. of water 20 - 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.

Great pre-workout.
I haven't used pre-workouts in several years, but I decided to start back with this one in my home gym. I did one scoop the first day and it was decent so the next day I did the recommended two scoops, and that works for me. After about 30 minutes I can feel it.
