[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the design and balance. I have had several Lenovo laptops prior with great satisfaction and that is why I keep purchasing new models. I have had a lot of trouble with the system on this ThinkBook locking up when running basic programs, no video. I have run updates and the memory still runs towards capacity for some reason.
