The Maybelline New York SuperStay Better Skin –Skin Perfecting Powder is GREAT! Packaging:- this powder comes in a compact which both the powder and a sponge applicator - easy to carry around. - compact is secure. Texture, application: - powder texture, fairly fine, has a sheer look that you can build up. - can apply with the sponge, but I like to use my own powder brush- blends really easily onto the skin. How it looked and lasting power: - looks smooth and natural. - works well on oily skin - will keep you matte all day. - hid all of my blemishes with ease.- lasts on my skin all day long, does sometimes melt away in hot weather. Overall, this powder is great for sweaty summer days. It covers my blemishes and keeps oils on my face away.

After using and being impressed with the Better Skin foundation and concealer I have been using over the past year I decided to try out the Better Skin compact in the shade Sand/Sable. The shade is a nice match for my light skin tone and gives me the appearance of a sun kissed glow. I have been using this over the top of my foundation and concealer to matte everything out and keep my skin from getting that greasy sheen at the end of the day. This really does help with that and my skin looks so natural and flawless all day. I am loving the whole Better Skin base range. It really does a superb job at concealing, evening out the skin and looking smooth and natural. This compact fits nicely into my makeup bag and is even easily able to be just chucked into my handbag without having to worry about the product spilling out everywhere because it is so securely compacted inside it's firm plastic casing. The fact that it is also blemish fighting with the Salicylic Acid is a win win for me!
