This is the best ice maker we have used. It makes ice quickly and the small nuggets last a long time in the basket. We had two other ice makers previously. One stopped working after 8 months and the other was so loud and the size selection never worked. Third time's a charm. We love this ice maker.

Pellet Ice vs Bullet Ice………..IMO of a Iceaholic !
I own a countertop bullet ice maker and still use it but the pellet ice is just better ice for drinks. Only had for a couple of weeks but this puts out a good turnover time and when warmer weather hits it'll be put to the test of producing 55 lbs of ice in 24 hrs. I have no doubts it'll do it but if it doesn't I'll be back!

Ice Machine you can count on!
I purchased a GE Opal and it didn't last a year before I was having issues and had to send it back. I use purified water only so I never have issues with mineral buildup, the machine just stopped making ice after doing a cleaning. I do them monthly because of kids, I never know if they use the scoop or hands. So while I am waiting for a repair / replacement I bought this little one as a backup and I absolutely love it. It takes up no space for me because I put it on top of the microwave.
