This is good for what it is. The only reason I would not recommend it is that you cannot control the light adjustments without having the separate system controller. Other style units have a handy knob you can use to adjust the light level when you don't want to use the system controller. I should have paid attention to the model comparisons more closely. Otherwise it's a nice unit.
