Did the trick.

Received the part pretty quickly. I installed it and it works well. I paid for a 3-year extended warranty on this part, but did not receive any paperwork/receipt or warranty to retain to prove that I paid for it. Seems like they should include something with the part. I hope I don't need to use the warranty, but hope they have it in their records.
