Nice item to prevent splatter from grease.

I do like this item. However, it tends to steam or boil meat to some extent. I have gotten around this by setting the lid on at an angle so more of the steam is able to escape. No scratches so far and I use it daily. I do use a silicone spatula so as to not damage the coating.
